Chancy Martin
Math & Science Director/Co-Founder
Chancy graduated from Winston Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Chancy has over 11 years of corporate sales, tutoring and teaching experience, most extensively in Math and Science throughout the High School level including (IB) International Baccalaureate Program.

Erika Jones
Literacy & Language Director/Co-Founder
Erika graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. Erika has 12 years of Spanish and ESL (English as a 2nd Language) instruction within an International Baccalaureate (IB) Program High School setting.
Fred Jones
Operations Director/Co-Founder
-Fred graduated from Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Fred has 11 years of High School Math, Business, Computer Programming and Computer Science instruction.
Lance Martin
Managing Director/Co-Founder
Lance graduated from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. With more than 10 years in competitive corporate environments, Lance is also dedicated to ensuring our future leaders receive the individualized attention that they deserve at Ahead Learning & Language Center.
